This is the Super Crown based on the game New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe! This 3D model is scaled to look large on the wearer's head, just like the characters in game. If you would like to have a more petit version of the crown I would suggest scaling all of the files down to 75% or 60% in your slicing program.
The Horn just has a flat face so you can create your own form attachment (like a headband).
